Dan's Print and Design understands the importance of preparing for a worse case scenario where a customer or client has received their print related products and goods however due to no fault of their own the customer client requires a return of a product this may be because the print products may have ink errors or spelling mistakes that is Dan's Print and Design's liability or the suppliers of  Dan's Print and Design. Dan's Print and Design's Product return, refund, exchange policy explains all there is to know about what to do if a product has spelling mistakes or ink problems with the products.

Dan's Print and Design does not take any liability for customer product returns where the reason given is change of mind, Dan's Print and Design will not authorise a product return or exchange on that basis however if the liability falls on Dan's Print and Design or its suppliers then Dan's Print and Design will take every step to resolve the issue or provide a refund or exchange.

Dan's Print and Design also offers in some cases a product alteration service this means that the product is reprinted or reproduced.

Dan's Print and Design provides credit notes to use on other print related products or the same product if the liability falls on Dan's Print and Design or its suppliers if the exchange is not what the customer client requires and prefers to purchase at a later stage.
